It's an Alum Block...
It's a block of alum, what else can I say, feels great after a shave, lets you know where you are getting that razor burn giving some feedback as to your shaving technique, and closes the pores and basically just feels good. I use daily, be careful blocks are fragile, if you drop it on something solid, it will break. I like the classic look of the block in my shave station in the bathroom. But if breaking is a concern Razo Rock has one that is in a case, I have one of those in my travel bag.
