My favorite blade!
Blades are very subjective, so one should never take the word of another as to the worth of a blade. Performance will depend on your face and razor. With that being said, I have found these Gillette "Black" Super Platinum blades to be my favorite. In a mild razor like my preferred Techs, these are incredibly sharp and smooth. Best of all, I can get 15-18 great shaves from each blade. I highly recommend giving these blades a try to see for yourself.

Not the blade for me
I really like the Gillette Yellows, but these just didn't work well for me. I can get a decent shave from them, but there's just too much pulling. If they're sharp enough, then they're just not that smooth for some reason.

Great Blades
One of my favorites. I got 5 shaves out of one blade, very sharp blades that last several shaves!

Smoothly sharp!
These blades are slick, really slick on the first pass. But for me, they failed to finish the 2nd and 3rd pass. I'd compare these blades to Nacet blades that are made in Russia, just slightly sharper and smoother.

Good blade
I just shaved with a couple of these blades recently, they perform well. I keep trying the different blades I have, but I think my experimentation is over. Nothing performs better than a feather for my shaves. I ordered 5 packs of these Gillette's, I'll use them but the Feathers can't be beat. Nothing wrong with the blacks.
