Gillette Razor Blades

Some customers are surprised to find Gillette products on our store as we're not a "cartridge" razor store. However, most forget that Gillette has been a leading razor manufacturer for over 100 years. While we may not buy into a lot of the so-called technological "improvements" of late, we do believe they still make some of the best double edge blades on the market. The 7 O'Clock series has been some of our best sellers for years and the addition of the Silver Blue's has left many with smiling, and very smooth, faces. If you're looking for a good alternative for traveling, check out the Gillette Guard razors and blades. You can even leave them in your carry-on bag. They work better than most other travel options, especially the junk most hotels supply upon request.

Gillette Razor Blades Reviews
Satisfying blade
Gillette 7 O'Clock Super Stainless Double Edge Razor Blades, Green (5 Blades) A very good blade that I am satisfied with. If I take the Personna blades as a benchmark, I’d say it comes close to it, this one being slightly sharper and slightly less smooth. YMMV.
Sharp blades
Gillette 7 O'Clock Super Platinum Double Edge Blades, Black (5 Blades) These are by far some of the sharpest blades I've tried. My favorites have been Bolzano Superinox and PolSilver, but I've found that Bolzano is not so forgiving, and PolSilver seems to dull top quickly.

I have the fortune of being self employed, so I don't have to shave daily if I don't want to. When these blades arrived (very quickly) I was sporting a three day growth. The 7 O'clock cut through it like butter. But I also didn't get any cuts or nicks as I experience with Bolzano. Plus, after four shaves so far, the blade seems just as sharp as it was the first time.

After reading so many reviews for all the blades here, I'm starting to realize that the most important factor in a blade's performance, is one's face. Some blades that others swear by, seem to rip the hair from my face rather than cut it, and others that people hate, work very well for me. I think hair thickness, skin thickness and consistency, make a huge difference, so it's best to try all the blades you can to find what works best for your face. I've yet to try many blades, but for me, Gillette 7 O'clock is now one of my favorites, and I'll try all the other Gillette blades.
Smooth and consistent finish...
Gillette Silver Blue Double Edge Razor Blades, 5-pak I've tried a bunch of blades since switching to safety razor shaving full time 15+ years ago. Slightly more expensive than some, but absolutely worth it.
Great for bald heads
very satisied with product and
Gillette 7 O'Clock Super Platinum Double Edge Blades, Black (5 Blades) "very satisied with product and quick service.
A good all-around blade
Gillette Silver Blue Double Edge Razor Blades, 5-pak "This Gillette Silver Blue blade provides a good blend of sharpness and smoothness. It doesn't have the excellent smoothness of my gold-standard Gillette Minora blades, which don't appear to be available on this site now. The Silver Blues can take down four days of beard growth as well as performing admirably in daily shaving. I usually only get 2 or 3 shaves per blade because of my dense, coarse beard and these blades last about as long as is typical for me.
My favorite blade
Gillette 7 O'clock SharpEdge Double Edge Blades (100 Blades) "Good balance of sharpness and smoothness for me. I tried almost all blades in the big sample pack and these work the best for me!
Good for head shaving.
Gillette Guard Cartridge Razor "I use this razor to shave my head. Is clean, safe and I can use the blade more than once. I've also used it to shave my face

Good product and inexpensive.
