New for 2011!  The Merkur 30C is a 3-piece razor featuring the well known and extremely popular Merkur DE head.  The handle is has a unique texture providing a firm grip.  It is slightly head heavy allowing the weight of the head to do the work.

Made in Germany.

My first DE razor
Wife bought this for me as my first DE razor for xmas and so far so good. Its heft is just right for my big paws, and it's nicely balanced. I've used it with Crystals, Personnas, Astras, Feathers, Derbys and the original Merkur blade that came with it -- and it performed well with all of them. Just need to fine-tune which blade suits me best and I'll be one happy DE shaver.

Familiar with Merkur. Their quality is a standard. I have been favorably impressed with this new model. The handle is very attractive and the grip is sure.

Merkur 30C
An outstanding well made razor that sports the new black grip and chrome handle. The head is similar to other Merkur razors including the famous heavy duty model. An excellent smooth and irritation free shave. I am hooked.
