yes, it's real leather inside and out. the quality of leather, stitching, everything is impeccable . it will hold the longer razors as well as the shorter ones. gives protection against bumping and scraping against other metal objects while traveling.

MERKUR TRAVEL CASE
THIS CASE IS VERY CONVENIENT TO CARRY. MY MAIN RAZOR IS A MERKUR FUTUR AND IT IS A PERFECT FIT. MOST OF MY OTHER RAZORS ALSO FIT THIS CASE. NICE ITEM TO USE WHEN TRAVELING.
