Merkur's adjustable Vision Safety Razor allows you to change the angle and blade gap of the blade to find the setting that gives you the closest, most comfortable shave. The butterfly head allows easy installation/removal of razor blades. Comes with 10 Merkur Platinum Stainless double edged razor blades and element hard metal box. Chrome plate with a satin finish. 4 3/4".

This razor does require regular cleaning especially if used in a hard water environment. However with the proper care, it does not get any better than this. Absolutely a superb razor in all aspects.

VISION 2000
This razor is dangerously deceptive. I used it out of the box with an Astor blade. It glidded over my face so smoothly that I didn't think my face made contact with the blade. So, I applied a little more pressure....that was a mistake because I lost some skin! This is an excellent razor but requires your having a little faith in its ability and weight to apply the right amount of pressure against your face. Take it slow and gentle and you will have one of the closest shaves around.

An Amazing Razor
I was skeptical about this razor's ability to stand out from the crowd. After having used it for a few weeks, I am AMAZED at how close a shave it delivers. I've owned four other DE razors, two adjustable, and the VISION blows them all away. It delivers a comfortable but precise shave and leaves no stubble, no patches, and no nicks. I have a heavy beard and my face remains smooth for more than eight hours. It's a remarkable instrument and worth every cent.

Merkur vision 2000
Merkur VISION! although regarded as the super heavyweight of razors! it is superbly weighted and balanced though,for ease and effortless shaves, makes shaving a pleasure and not just a daily chore. Supreme customer service from WCS too.
