Fabulous brush
I've been using the Omega synthetic brush for over a year and a half and I have absolutely no issues with it. The bristles are still nice and uniform, I've not lost one fiber from the brush. There's not really any desire for me to go to an animal hair / badger brush. The omega absolutely performs the way I need it to. I can get a good thick lather going in the bowl and on my face, there's really not much more to ask for in a little synthetic brush like this.

Great Synthetic Brush
This brush is fantastic. Very soft against the face, holds water well, and it makes a very nice lather. Now, this brush is obviously not a big bulbous $100+ badger brush. If that's what you're looking for, move along. But if you're a begninner and you want a step up from that cheap $5 boar that you bought at the drugstore, which keeps shedding hairs: get this. A perfect beginners brush, hasn't lost its shape despite me being new and not knowing how to use it, and hasn't shed a single fiber.

A fine brush
This is a nice synthetic. Tips are very soft on the face. The bristles, while flexible, have quite a bit of spring to them. The brush does not soften much when wet, so if you want a floppy brush, look elsewhere. The length/firmness of the loft makes it better at bowl lathering. The handle is beautiful, overall quality is excellent. After dozens of uses the brush looks just as it did when new. It is a pleasure to use
