Here at West Coast Shaving, we love a great vacation as much as the next guy. And I'm sure it's no surprise that we like to stay well-groomed and looking our best, whether we're at home with all our regular shaving gear or on the road with the bare minimum.
Don't let a fun vacation (or even a last-minute business trip!) leave you feeling frazzled and unkempt.
Be ready and stocked up on the essential products for travel. We've done the research for you, and we've got a lot of great travel finds.
To start out, we love the dopp kits we carry, especially the practical and sturdy TM1985 kits and weekend bag.
Once you've got yourself a great bag, we also suggest grabbing a protective tube for your shaving brush and a handy leather case for your razor and other tools, because of course you want to keep your gear looking its best and working at top form. Another couple of favorites of ours are the Vulfix Turnback Super Badger Travel Brushand the Simpson Major 1 Best Badger Shaving Brush M1B. No need for a separate protective tube when it's built right into the brush itself!
Lastly, don't forget that you need to stay clean on the road, too. Our favorite travel shampoo is the D.R. Harris shampoo bar. These bars give a great lather, they smell fantastic, they are TSA-friendly, and you don't have to worry about a liquid shampoo spilling out all over your bag.
We'd love to hear from all of you! What are some of your favorite travel grooming tips? We would never turn down the chance to learn a new thing or two about looking our best when we're on the road.
