New 2013 stock! 

Red Personna Israeli double edge razor blades that fit all standard double edge razors. They are a stainless steel blade with a "Platinum Chrome" coating for smooth shaving. 10 blades per pack.

Clarification on origin and labeling: The labeling states "Product produced, assembled and packaged with blades made by American Safety Razor Company - Since 1875.  Staunton VA 24482, USA."  The packaging is made and assembled in Mexico.  Additionally, it states "Imported and distributed Personna International de Mexico."  The blades are made in Israel, imported to Mexico where they do the final packaging.

Red Personna blades are decent. As I acclimate to DE shaving I have worked up from least sharp to most. Still have not tried my Bics or Feathers yet. I have a very tough fast growing beard and tough growth patterns. But these blades are far better than Derby or Merkur. Those blades may be fine for a soft thin beard or the sharp adverse.....but the red personas are a little sharper. I am going in sharpness tiers. Derby & merkur in least sharp, then what are regarded as similar sharpness Astra, red personna, Wilkinsons & Crystal/Blue personna. Followed lastly by Bics then feathers- let you know when I try those. These are good blades and I would be happy with any in this group in my Jagger 98L. But the crystals & Wilkinson are my favorites so far. Maybe since i used them most recently. I am on wilkinsons now and love them. Yes the blue personna/crystal is sharper but these are good blades.

Personna Israeli Reds
I am relatively new to DE shaving. Using a Merkur 34C. badger brush and Proraso shaving soap. Have tried about a dozen different brands of blades, including Feather, Dorko, Crystal, Astra and Derby, among others, and easily find the Personna Reds the best for me. Smooth, close shave. No tugging or pulling. A few nicks and cuts at the beginning, before I got the technique down. (No pressure--let the weight of the razor and the blade do the work.) Blades last me almost a full week (moderate beard). Just ordered a 100-pack, and will cut annual blade costs to about $15 compared to the $100+ I was spending annually on Gillette Mach 3’s. Closer shave--less money--can’t argue much with that.

Nice blade
I've been going through my sample pack that I bought from this company. Used this blade for the first time, and I like it just a little bit less than the Astra, which are pretty nice. Still like the Feather blade best.

Not the best.
i got these in a trail pack,They are very forgiving razor, however they were only good for two shaves, then they destroyed my neck.I wont be buying them again.

Started in November. It was hard to decide which blades to try. Bought everything from WC. Though they sent me 5 of these instead of 10 of the ones with U.K. packaging, WC is great I have a medium beard and sensitive skin. I tried, Feather and Crystal with these, and will try Merkur, Kai and Personna surgical. Though all three were good, Personna Red are the best,lasting as long as Feather w/out any razor burn. Buy these in bulk.
