Shipping & Returns


We try to ship all domestic orders within 1 business days if not same day.

We use USPS and UPS. For orders shipped USPS, if you provided a valid email address during checkout, you will receive an email from USPS when your order has been shipped. Included with the email will be a link for the delivery confirmation service included. Please note that this is NOT tracking information and the USPS site has been known to be slow to update. If you received an email, rest assured your package has been shipped.

Free Shipping Offer

West Coast Shaving offers free shipping for all orders over $80 to the Continental US (excluding taxes which are applicable to California, New York, and Maryland residents). This offer does not apply to international orders.

For Free Shipping we use USPS First Class for light items and UPS Surepost for everything else. Transit time is 4-8 business days. If fast delivery is needed, choose Priority Shipping instead of Free Shipping.

If you return a product for refund which was ordered under the Free Shipping offer and your resulting order total drops below the $80 threshold, we will deduct the price of delivery from your refunded amount.

Product Warranties

Many of the products offered by West Coast Shaving (WCS) include warranties offered by their individual manufacturers/distributors. All items in need of warranty support are the responsibility of the manufacturer/distributor, as specified in the conditions and time period set forth in the manufacturer’s warranty. WCS will assist you in any way possible to obtain service from any manufacturer, however WCS is not liable in the event of the failure of the manufacturer/distributor to perform warranty service.


Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If you wish to return your merchandise, please contact us for an exchange or refund within 365 days of purchase. Merchandise can be returned only in new, unused condition, in the original packaging, same condition as sold, with tamper-proof seals unbroken if present, with all literature and factory seals in place. Refunds or exchanges do not apply to blade sampler packs which have been partially used. All returns must be pre-approved by a representative of WCS via phone or email. Refunds for returned items will be paid in full, less shipping, within 7 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. All orders returned within 60 days will receive refund via original payment method. If it is over 60 days we will issue store credit or check. All international returns exceeding the 60 days will only receive store credit. Please see the Free Shipping policy for an additional exception. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. WCS is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
