	My First Brush
	It's much larger than I'd thought. It works up a quick latter and is plenty soft for me. I was interested in a brush, and if getting one it had to be badger. However, I was unwilling to pay more than $25. Now I just need to find a stand to hold it. The Simpson Major is appealing with its turnback style but too costly.

	Gateway brush for Simpson
	At first, I was skeptical. Out of the box, the brush is pretty scritchy (which is what I like but it felt like a run of the mill $12 Pure badger). After a week, WOW! It expressed its true personality. It's a gentle exfoliater that can be used in painting strokes or circular motions. The loft is dense and the backbone is stiff. It has lost a handful of hairs (which is to be expected considering the denseness of the loft). I love it!

	Looks Like Quality...
	So I haven't used it yet, but it finally came today...I'm a law student, so needless to say I'm broke about 98% of the time. I really wanted a simpson for a long time and I was going to go for the lowest-end commodore, but then I saw this. Yeah, it's pure badger, not best, but wow. Heavy in the hand, the bristles are still beautiful. Half the price of my other option. I looked at my new Simpson, laughed, and threw my old Parker Boar (which was shedding clumps) in the trash.

	Good little brush
	Because this brush is made with Pure Badger hair, the quality isn't as good as more expensive badger brushes. However, this is still a good brush! It was my first badger brush, and I think it was a great choice! It took a couple of weeks to break it in and get the bristles fully bloomed, but I have really enjoyed this brush. At a price of $25, it's really a bargain! I would recommend this brush for the beginner who is interested in Wet Shaving but doesn't want to spend the big money just yet.
