UGH!
I've tried a lot of blades here, and this was hands down the worst. Used two of them and gave up. As always, "your mileage may vary", and the price is low enough to give it a shot. But, I'd suggest the black box Gilette 7 O'Clock instead.

Sharp but inconsistent
This is one of the sharpest blades and can give a really good shave. Problem is that these have been inconsistent, sometimes producing nicks without reason, other times producing a first class shave. Feels like a quality control issue.
