Awesome brush, Great price!
the bristles work well with my old formulae Proraso green squeeze tube, and Proraso white plastic tub (sensitive skin), as well as Taylors Sandlewood tub cream. very versatile, not floppy, soft tips, lathers up moderately fast, application of lather is great. And West Coast has great customer service! A lot of brush for the money!

excellent all-around badger - not too big, not too small
As brushes go, this isn't a "floppy" brush - fan shape but not excessive, medium stiff bristles that aren't prickly or uncomfortable but does the job of lifting your hair well. Works with both creams and soaps, and the price is perfect. I'm not sure why anyone would pay more, unless they want softer or bigger. I chose the medium size when I bought mine - on second thought, the Large Model 660S (same price) would be better with a deeper scuttle.
