Cowboy Comb Official Mustache Wax, 1/2 oz "I don't have a lot of experience with mustache waxes, being new to facial hair myself. This is the 3rd product I've tried and I'm very satisfied with it. Just enough hold to maintain a natural look while keeping unruly hairs in place. It's a firmer wax, which I prefer because it seems to disappear more cleanly. And unscented - because while I love a nice manly scent, attaching it to the hair directly under my nose means I can't smell anything else - which I find to be downright unpleasant. Finally, I like the price.

Brooklyn Grooming Moustache Wax, Red Hook.I must say after reading a few different Brooklyn Grooming wax descriptions, and then reading the light to light medium hold..... there was inconsistencies. I must say Brooklyn Grooming has top notch customer service even on nights and weekends. I was informed and correctly so this is not for the guy that has a handlebar moustache it is a LIGHT wax in other words it will keep a shorter moustache out of your mouth and in a neat fashion... it won't sculpt wolverine nor is it tacky or sticky as it says in the description whoever put that there is way off. I ended up buying both the Williamsburg and Red hook despite the fact I do sport a Handlebar. I have to say it keeps even my long Mo above my upper lip and it does exactly what it advertises. I also must say the Williamsburg and Red Hook both have the best aroma of any wax I have ever tried. So if your looking for a light hold more of a neat keeper effect this IS the product you want. If you have a serious need for heavy stiff hold this is NOT your wax.. trust me save yourself the thought this is a light hold only. I use it at night and find my moustache is softer and much easier to manage. For it's purpose as described by Brooklyn Grooming's website this is easily a 4 star product. **** My review on the Williamsburg was written before I had a chance to speak with Brooklyn Grooming and them to set the record straight. ****

I'm from Brooklyn !

Brooklyn Grooming Moustache Wax, Williamsburg.I am from Brooklyn originally so how could I pass this up ! Not to mention the Willamsburg scent is awesome I love the Cedar and woodsy aroma. That is a positive. I also like the texture as it is not rock hard to get some on your finger. This is where everything else is down hill..... horrible hold I won't even consider this a wax... more of a oil based conditioner with minimal and I mean minimal hold. This "wax" does not harden but will keep the hair orderly and shiny. There are too many oils for this to be a hard set wax. If you have a handlebar like me EPIC fail, for a standard MO and for a nice pomade type effect it is great. Not for the serious mustachioed man and especially not for $22 though you do get 2oz which the tin is huge; but disappointing for my needs.
