Great Razor
Dovo Bergischer Lowe Buffalo Horn 5/8" Straight Razor. This is a really beautiful straight that shaves very well when properly honed and stropped. The black band on mine came loose after only a few uses - I cut it off and replaced it with some very thin and sticky electrical tape. That was over a year ago and it still looks like new!?!? I have a hard time honing and stropping this razor - don't know why - but I have it professionally honed. A pleasure to use.

One of the best Straight Razors
Dovo Bergischer Lowe Buffalo Horn 5/8" Straight Razor. This razor is very sharp and tends to hold its edge. It is easy to strop and has a full hollow ground blade that is close to singing. Unfortunately the rubber tab which is nice will eventually break away and the Gold etching will also wear away. To bad the is not a way to embed it. The Scales are well made with nice pinning. If there is a razor to chose and you will only get one. Go with this one. You may as well go for the best.
