The perfect boar brush.

This brush is the absolute perfect boar brush. I love the wooden handle, perfect size, weight and finish. It has the perfect size knot with just the perfect amount of scrub and splay when face lathering. The softness is always surprising for a boar brush when ���painting'. It holds a tremendous amount of water and soap. Plenty for 3+ passes. I cannot recommend this brush enough for its price. This brush outshines most of my expensive brushes.

Heavy beard

This boar brush is a very good one and it will whip up a very nice lather. Spend a few extra buck and purchase this one. It's worth the extra few dollars and you will not be disappointed. This brush has quickly become one of my favorites as it scrubs your face and leaves it sparkling clean.

I second spending the few

I second spending the few extra dollars if you are looking for a good basic/beginners brush. It lathers supremely, and looks great. Stiff yet soft. It has the name branded into the wood on the base of the handle which is a neat touch, I took off the sticker to give it a more minimalist look. West coast shaving will really take care of you.

Semogue 2000 Pure Bristle Shaving Brush

I have been using this brush for just under 2 months now and I am very satisfied. To begin with, the brush lost a lot of hairs and was quite stiff, which is to be expected with most, if not all, boar hair brushes. Presently, the brush is just beginning to break in properly and the performance is incredible - the brush loads well and the varying height in the hairs seems to make the lather stay consistent for the whole shave, rather than dissipating from the brush. A little bit pricey for a boar hair brush, but worth every penny
