The silver bullet! We doubt if you can kill werewolves with it, but we know you (or the werewolf) will get a luxurious shave with this fine Silvertip Badger brush. This brush is also one of the heaviest ones we have ever handled. The unique chrome handle has a very solid, weighty feel to it and is quite cool to the touch. Furthermore, the brush comes with a clear plastic brush stand in the box at no extra charge. Use the stand to employ proper drying maintenance for your brush and to prolong its life. The distinctly soft and dense bristles lofted together create a luxurious lather that you are sure to enjoy.

Small but well made.

The handle of this brush is heavy for its small size, and has significant weight to it. The metal finish is high quality, as is the silver tip badger bristles. Overall it is enjoyable to use and lathers well. I just wished the handle was slightly larger.

No stray hairs. Great feel. Replaced another that continued to shed.

Parker CHST Silvertip Badger Shaving Brush

Very Good! Like the heft and weight of the brush, very manly. Shape feels comfortable to hold and use. The bristle are nice and firm, but just soft enough on the skin. Nice and full bristles, really holds the soap. Plus, I like the holder, but would prefer to have it made out of chrome with a drip cup attached below it. And perhaps mounting holes as well. But just having a stand included, at least I am able to hang the brush so it can dry between uses. Also, forgot to mention in my shave cup review, I really like the Col. Conk Glycerine Shave Soap that came with it. Very nice and makes great lather. Silky and not full of fragrance. Very nice shaving with this soap. Will be buying more when the time comes. Thanks, Michael

Exfoliates really well.

I'm a woman. My husband had this brush for a while but our toddler dropped it down a pipe. My husband went back to using his cheaper brush after that as the pipe was too deep to get his nice brush out. Before the incident, I did try both brushes on my legs (husband didn't mind). In my opinion, this one is far better than the synthetic bristled one. The bristles on this one are stiffer and it helps exfoliate the skin for a smoother shave. The handle also has a nice weight to it that makes it a pleasure to use, but keep in mind I wasn't using it on my face. So I don't know if the stiff bristles are "too stiff" or "not stiff enough" to use on one's face. All I know is I preferred this brush, and my husband seemed to use it more often than the synthetic one, too. While I don't make it a habit of using my husband's brush, I wanted to do something nice for him, and replacing the brush that we lost seemed perfect. Because I knew nothing about brushes, I had to spend some hours researching. I narrowed things down to brushes that were in my budget and would be an upgrade to his synthetic one, from there I stumbled upon this brush from this seller. The brush came in, my husband was surprised and happy, and it turns out I had unintentionally purchased the same brush we had lost, and from the exact same seller. Now as I said, I don't make it a habit to use my husband's brushes. But this brush is so great we've purchased it twice now (the one our toddler tossed down a pipe, and the one I surprised my husband with). I would not be opposed to purchasing it a third time so that I could have my own and stop stealing--I mean, borrowing-- his. Though I do wonder if its weight makes it difficult to shave one's face? At the angle I shave my legs, the weight is perfect. My only annoyance is that the metal clinks against our ceramic dish when lathering things up.
