Not only does it look great - creates a great lather. The synthetic brush is gentle and soft but thick & sturdy. Easy to dry - great for the road.
This is an excellent synthetic brush. Good backbone with very soft bristles. I have a preference for the synthetic brushes and this one certainly did not disappoint.
WCS Ancient Stone Torch Brush
good brush but way too much back bone and not enough splay - best for bowl lathering
Nice little brush
The handle it's a chubby like one, small, but the grip it's excellent, a little light weight but it doesn't affect the perform, the colour is nice, I purchased the blue one, it have engraved the WCS logo, it's not a print and it would not vanish over the time. The knot it's a tuxedo, but slightly different because this have more backbone that the yaqi tuxedo's, but feels very good and lathers easily, the tips are super soft, and you don't have any scratchy feeling. The value/price ratio very good!!! A brush that worth every penny paid!
To go synthetic or not?
Softest brush I own. I now have all three boar, best badger, and now synthetic. Its knot size and softness whips up a fat lather but it lacks that water retension boar and badger brushes have. Although it gives good lather it doesnt offer that "wet shave" feel without splashing water on your face.
