Mitchell's Wool Fat Shaving Soap Refill
I've used this product for a few years now. I like the lather and ease of use. It allows a good close shave; with no razor burn. I also like the fact that it does not have a strong heavy smell.
My Favorite Soap
Mild scent. Great lather. Slick straight razor shave.
Mitchell's Wool Fat Shaving Soap - For Sensitive Skin Shavers.
If you are a wet shaver with sensitive issues , this product is the solution. It is smooth and rich with a lanolin based formula since 1893. Feel the price point is acceptable and worth a try. A tip of the hat to merry old England!
Worth the $s.
Good lather. I've used this shave soap for almost 10 years. For all skin types. Most effective for me after a good hot shower. Pay a little more to get the results. WORTH EVERY DOLLAR.
Post Shave King
If I had to cut down my variety of soaps to just one... First I'd be disappointed. Between the top scents and top performers, there are so many wonderful soaps now. Best time ever to be a daily shaver. Then I'd box up all my other soaps from B+M, A&E/The Club, Talbot, THB, PAA, Declaration, Grooming Dept, Wholly Kaw, Catie's Bubbles, Tabac, Stirling, RazoRock, Proraso, etc. and bid them a fond farewell. I'd live happily with just MWF and wouldn't miss the rest as much. But if I went with Reserve Spice or Tabac or Quatre Cinq Vingt or Asian Plum or Santa Maria Del Fiore or whatever, I'd always miss MWF. Makes tons of lather loading a damp synthetic on a dry puck and then face lathering, adding water as the lather builds. Slick, creamy and protective. And feels wonderful post shave. I don't know what the detractors are on about. This stuff is very, very good.
