Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping

  • This Standard service is offered via UPS at a flat rate of $7.95 with an estimated arrival within 5-10 business days (within the contiguous United States) from the date shipped.
  • If all merchandise is available, orders placed before 3:00PM Eastern Time will ship next business day; orders placed after 3:00PM Eastern Time, or on a weekend or holiday will ship within 2 business days.
  • Deliveries are made between 8AM and 8PM Monday-Friday. We provide tracking information so you can track your package through delivery.
  • Orders using this shipping service can be delivered to P.O. boxes.

Priority Shipping

  • This Priority service is offered through USPS at a flat rate of $9.95 with an estimated arrival within 2-3 business days (within the continental United States) from the date shipped.
  • If all merchandise is available, orders placed before 3:00PM Eastern Time will ship next business day; orders placed after 3:00PM Eastern Time, or on a weekend or holiday will ship within 2 business days.
  • Deliveries are made between 8AM and 8PM Monday-Friday. We provide tracking information so you can track your package through delivery.
  • Orders using this shipping service can be delivered to P.O. boxes.
  • Orders containing alcohol will be shipped Ground which will take 5 business days.

      UPS 2nd Day Delivery - Please allow 24 hours for processing

      • This 2nd day air service is offered through UPS at a flat rate of $26.95 with a guaranteed arrival of 2 business days (within the continental United States) from the date shipped.
      • If we are shipping to 2nd Day to a PO Box, please provide the PO Box address for the carrier.
      • If all merchandise is available, orders placed before 3:00PM Eastern Time will ship next business day; orders placed after 3:00PM Eastern Time, or on a weekend or holiday will ship within 2 business days.
      • Deliveries are made between 8AM and 8PM Monday-Friday. We provide tracking information through UPS so you can track your package through delivery.
      • UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please enter a valid residence or business address for successful delivery using this shipping option.
      • Not available in US territories.
      • In remote areas of AK, HI and US Territories, your available items will be delivered via USPS within 10 business days

      • Deliveries are made between 8AM and 8PM Monday-Friday. We provide tracking information through UPS so you can track your package through delivery.

      International Shipping

      We try to process all international shipping within 2-7 business days.

      We use First Mile is partnered with DHL eCommerce. Typically shipping takes between 6-15 business days, but can take longer depending on individual country's customs delays.

      The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; West Coast Shaving has no control over these charges, nor can West Coast Shaving predict what they may be.

      Please note: You can check your tracking at www.apc-pli.com. You will not see tracking updates, but you will see that your package has been shipped out and is on its way to you.

      Flat Rate Shipping for International Customers - We have worked hard to get the shipping cost down for our International customers.

      Shipping Restrictions

      Products that contain alcohol or compressed air are potentially hazardous for shipping. We are only able to ship these items in the Continental U.S. or Canada. If you are an international customer, these items will be refunded and will not be shipped.

      Free Shipping Offer

      West Coast Shaving offers free shipping for all orders over $80 (Now $65!) to the Contiguous US (excluding taxes which are applicable to California, New York, and Maryland residents) and now free shipping on orders over $100 to Canada. This offer does not apply to other international orders. The $65 minimum must be met after promotions are applied.

      For Free Shipping, we use USPS First Class for light items and UPS SurePost for everything else. Transit time is 5-10 business days. If fast delivery is needed, choose Priority Shipping instead of Free Shipping.

      If you return a product for refund which was ordered under the Free Shipping offer and your resulting order total drops below the $65 (or $100 for Canada) threshold, we will deduct the price of delivery from your refunded amount.

      Product Warranties

      Many of the products offered by West Coast Shaving (WCS) include warranties offered by their individual manufacturers/distributors. All items in need of warranty support are the responsibility of the manufacturer/distributor, as specified in the conditions and time period set forth in the manufacturer’s warranty. WCS will assist you in any way possible to obtain service from any manufacturer, however WCS is not liable in the event of the failure of the manufacturer/distributor to perform warranty service.

      Returns

      Customer satisfaction is our number one goal.

      To return an item:

      • All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by a WCS representative. Contact us at 1.877.710.6037 or email contact@westcoastshaving.com to speak to a Customer Service Representative to receive your return instructions.
      • To obtain your refund, the item must be returned to us within 365 days of purchase, in new, unused condition (for sanitary purposes), in the original packaging, same condition as sold, with tamper-proof seals unbroken, if present, and with all literature and factory seals in place.  
      • ATTENTION: If you want to return any purchased item which was originally packed,then you do have to return it in the original packaging in order to get a refund, given that it meets consumer guarantees. This means that you are eligible for a refund only if you return it in original packaging otherwise your return will be denied and returned back to sender.
      • All orders returned within 60 days will receive a refund via original payment method. If it is over 60 days we will issue a store credit.

      Returns Policy:

      • You are responsible for shipping charges to return the item, with exception of damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items.
      • Refunds or exchanges do not apply to blade sampler packs, which have been partially used. 
      • Securely pack the item(s) you are returning and include a copy of your original packing slip.  Ship the item only to the address provided to you by Customer Service Representative when obtaining your return authorization.
      • After we receive, inspect and process your return, a refund (less shipping) will be issued within 7 business days of receipt.
      • All Sale/Clearance items are final sales, no returns can or will be made. Please see the Free Shipping policy for an additional exception.
      • For your protection, insure the package and ship via a traceable method. WCS is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

      Defective, damaged, lost, stolen or incorrect items

      For items that are considered defective, it is our policy to send out a replacement product. No refunds or store credit will be issued.

      If you received a defective item from us or the wrong item was shipped to you, you will not be responsible for return shipping charges.  Contact us by email email contact@westcoastshaving.com or at 1.877.710.6037 to speak to a Customer Service Representative to receive further instructions.

      Route Shipping Insurance
      • We want to offer our customers an extra layer of assurance, and we are happy to announce Route as an option for our customers to add to all their purchases. Route is a shipping insurance company that offers shipping protection. 
      • Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items. When replacing an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order, the Route premium, shipping costs, and taxes.
