We try to ship all domestic orders within 1 business day if not same day.
Standard Shipping is estimated to deliver between 4-8 business days.
Priority Shipping is estimated to deliver between 2-5 business days.
UPS 2nd Day-Delivery time is 2 business days. Please allow 24 hours for processing.
UPS Overnight-Delivered next business day-Please allow 24 hours for processing.
We try to process all international shipping within 2-7 business days.
We use USPS Priority Mail International. Typically shipping takes between 4-8 business days, but can take longer depending on individual country's customs delays.
Please note: You can check your tracking at www.apc-pli.com. You will not see tracking updates, but you will see that your package has been shipped out and is on its way to you.

Products that contain alcohol or compressed air are potentially hazardous for shipping. We are only able to ship these items in the Continental U.S. or Canada. If you are an international customer, these items will be refunded and will not be shipped.
Free Shipping Offer
West Coast Shaving offers free shipping for all orders over $80 (Now $50!) to the Continental US (excluding taxes which are applicable to California, New York, and Maryland residents) and now free shipping on orders over $100 to Canada. This offer does not apply to other international orders.
For Free Shipping, we use USPS First Class for light items and UPS Surepost for everything else. Transit time is 4-8 business days. If fast delivery is needed, choose Priority Shipping instead of Free Shipping.
If you return a product for refund which was ordered under the Free Shipping offer and your resulting order total drops below the $80 (or $100 for Canada) threshold, we will deduct the price of delivery from your refunded amount.
Many of the products offered by West Coast Shaving (WCS) include warranties offered by their individual manufacturers/distributors. All items in need of warranty support are the responsibility of the manufacturer/distributor, as specified in the conditions and time period set forth in the manufacturer’s warranty. WCS will assist you in any way possible to obtain service from any manufacturer, however WCS is not liable in the event of the failure of the manufacturer/distributor to perform warranty service.
Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If you wish to return your merchandise, please contact us for an exchange or refund within 365 days of purchase. Merchandise can be returned only in new, unused condition, in the original packaging, same condition as sold, with tamper-proof seals unbroken, if present, and with all literature and factory seals in place. Refunds or exchanges do not apply to blade sampler packs which have been partially used. All returns must be pre-approved by a representative of WCS via phone or email. Return Shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Refunds for returned items will be paid in full, less shipping, within 7 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. All orders returned within 60 days will receive refund via original payment method. If it is over 60 days we will issue store credit. All international returns exceeding the 60 days will only receive store credit. Please see the Free Shipping policy for an additional exception. For your protection, insure the package and ship via a traceable method. WCS is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
