Will at Barrister and Mann has been crafting men’s grooming products for almost a decade. He has grown this business with exceptional, well-vetted products and phenomenal scents. While he is renowned for his shaving products, he is introducing his hand & body bar soap to rave reviews.
There’s nothing better than a good ole’ fashioned bar of soap. This Barrister and Mann classic bar soap is crafted with beef tallow, coconut oil, castor oil, shea butter, and an extra dose of glycerin. It cleanses without drying and it won’t leave a sticky, gunky residue.
Barrister's Reserve® Cool: This refreshing crisp aroma is great for a summer day or any day. It is a throwback to an Italian barbershop aroma and it is versatile enough to pair with your favorite cologne. Notes of bergamot, lemon, and lavender combine for a delight to your senses.
Barrister's Reserve® Lavender: This smooth lavender aroma is inspired by a beautiful aftershave from Wales that has been described as the scent of a summer wind. Elegant and unassuming, it is perfect for every day.
Bay Rum: Inspired by the salty sea dogs and sailors who were some of the first to extol the virtues of this tincture from the West Indies, this bay rum blends real blackstrap rum with sweet orange, cinnamon, and benzoin. This no clove recipe is a warm, masculine classic.
Cologne Russe: This is an example of Barrister and Mann’s attention to detail. They have recreated an early 20th-century aroma first developed for the Russian royal family. It was discontinued until brought back by Will at Barrister and Mann. This Cologne Russe scented bar soap has notes of lemon, bergamot, petitgrain, and herbs. Then notes of violet, rose, bay and amber round out this cologne-type scent. It has a decidedly warm base from castoreum, benzoin, and vanilla.
Minty Fresh: This refreshing bar soap is made more so by the use of peppermint and spearmint oil to invigorate and revitalize.
Seville: Barrister and Mann’s take on barbershop is sure to lean toward historical accuracy, so this aroma (dubbed “God’s barbershop” by their more poetic fans) is a nod to Signor Farina’s first eau de cologne in the 1700s. Seville (from the famous opera The Barber of Seville) has notes of lemon, bergamot, rosemary, lavender, patchouli, and oakmoss.
Unscented: No added fragrances. No conflicting notes. No controversy. Just clean.
