- A handcrafted, tallow-based shaving soap
- Loaded with tallow, glycerin, and coconut oil
- Scented with the soothing aroma of lavender
Barrister & Mann is an artisan soap maker making waves with their fascinating scents and fabulous lather. Like many who got their start in soap making, this artisan wanted to battle sensitive skin and run-of-the-mill scents. Will did that in spades. His tallow-soap is a dream come true. Try Barrister & Mann Reserve Shaving Soap, Lavender.
This grooming requisite is tallow-based to give you that amazing lather and protection. Loaded with amazing ingredients to give you an incredibly creamy, dense lather with slickness to write home about. It works great in hard water as well as soft. The soap is poured hot into the almost 4 inch diameter jar so loading your brush is easy. Reviewer, Jason said, "Barrister & MannŠ—Ès soap bases are the great white sharks of the artisan soap sea, they simply have no competition. This new, lanolin-free base improves on previous offerings (white label, black label, latha and glissant) and continues to push the envelop for performance and protection. This is probably the most effortless soap to load and lather in the B&M line."
But with everything that Barrister & Mann does well, their scents are still at the top of the list. They have resurrected some vintage scents in this Reserve line that will make you feel like a million bucks. Reserve Lavender takes the soothing, calming aroma of lavender and weaves it into this soap. Not sweet or cloying but natural and light. One reviewer said, "what I imagine French royalty would wear in the times of King Louis XIV."
