This is why they are best sellers
As with all the previous reviews, I must agree this is the best way to "try before you buy" method. I've previously purchased brand specific sample packs with great success and pleasure. (Taylors and Trumper are good) This gave me a chance to try multiple brands at an affordable price. The results were pleasantly surprising. Crown, Bigelow and Speick worked very well for me. I'd never had known without the samples. As a new to wet shaving person these sample packs are really helping me choose the best creams for me. Rest assured I will be trying more of your samples in the future. Keep up the good work WCS.

Boy, are all these creams good! They lather well and provide nice comfortable shaves. I'd been wanting to try them, and the sample pack is absolutely the smartest and most cost effective way to choose. The only problem is now I have too many favorites to choose from. (Such a problem). Anyway, now I have all the info I need to choose wisely. It's also good to know there are more options than I ever thought there would be.
Perfect Sample Pack
I have been looking for a new shave cream for a little while but didn't want to waste money on a full size product. Found this sampler and it's got great shave creams. I'm really happy with the shaves I have been getting and it made it easy for me to pick my next shave cream when the time comes.
A fun trip through some great shaves
Honest review: I have sensitive skin and am looking for a soap that is moist/lubricated enough that I don't need to use pre-shave oil. So with that in mind, here's my reviews: Crown Shaving: 5 Star: Great shave, cooling feeling, light lubrication and feels conditioned. Easy to whip into a puffy lather. Lather isn't too thick, very light. This immediately went on my "to buy" list. Cella: 2 star: Difficult to lather, doesn't stick to my skin well. Felt drying to my face. GREAT SCENT though, really enjoyed it. I really really wanted to like this tallow soap. After playing with it to get the most lather, was disappointed to find that the soap was still at the bottom of my bowl and had never whipped up. Speick: 5 star: also on my 2 buy list. A bit more of a classic barber smell, a bit of menthol, but it was very easy to whip into a thick lather and it really enhances the shave. Would love if it moisturized a bit more, but this is a stand up shave Bigelow: 4 star: Also a classic, more tame barber shop soap. It was exceptionally easy to use. I feel this was a bit more average a cream compared to the other 2 high performers, but this should be on your list. Taylor of Old Bond Street: 4 star: Classic. Easy to whip up, great shave. Compared to the 5 stars: it could use a bit more lubrication and it has a slight drying affect on my skin. Great soap. I've personally used 2 in the past 2 years. You won't be disappointed in this cream. (side note: the TOBS Coconut fixes a couple of those things!) Cyril wild Rose: 4 1/2 stars: So at first this heavy rose scent throws you off. After a couple of shaves, it is refreshing. The scent does not linger after the shave. It froths to a nice foam easily, lubricates well and is non-drying. I found myself actually looking forward to this one. Recommended if you can get past the rose scent. Wife loved this one too! Hope that helps ya!
