The dynamic duo of Scott and Shawn are at it again. Crafting fabulous shaving products imbued with amazing scents. This collaboration was inspired by the 1904 World’s Fair held in St. Louis, MO.
This "milksteak" base is the creation of Scott Stewart of Declaration Grooming. It is a phenomenal concoction of bison tallow, goat's milk, glycerin, lanolin, glycerin, bentonite clay, and so much more. In addition, butters, oils, and extracts combine to create a protective lather.
The scent comes from Shawn Maher at Chatillon Lux. This robust, rich aroma is a homage to the coffee roasters who rose to prominence during the heyday of St. Louis’s epic Exhibition. Still today, third-wave coffee roasters are creating the classic deep roast in and around St. Louis. This aroma melds coffe with jasmine, cardamom, lime, and sandalwood.
