I just got this from WCS, and it's scent is different than anything I've used. Very herbal scent with an almost antiseptic overtone. I found it strange at first, but it settles down as it dries leaving behind a mellow herbal scent. My skin feels great after it's use, and I'm sold now on Myrsol products. I also have the Emulsion, which I'll always keep for a good moisturizing option.
Best there is!
Now this is an excellent aftershave! All natural ingredients, smells great (natural but medicinal) and is a great complimentary splash that pairs well with Martin de Candre shave soap. If you use MdC this is a match made in heaven! I can't recommend this stuff highly enough. It leaves your skin feeling great, it truly is a healing tonic, so do yourself a favor and buy it!!!
Really Good Stuff!
Myrsol Aqua Balsamic Water Aftershave is a remarkable product that is both unique in its own right but complimentary to Myrsol Emulsion if one desires to combine their use -- for example, I often use Emulsion as a pre-shave or aftershave along with a final splash of Aqua Balsamic, or go right to your favorite cologne. I must warn you that this product is additive and the fragrance grows on you with use. Every so often I simply need to take a trip to my shaving shelf and splash some of this stuff on or take a whiff. The menthol is of high quality and does not linger long (conflict with other fragrances or overpower) but will really please the senses and cause you to desire more and exhilarates with a sense of cleanness. The toning qualities are outstanding with moisturizing and humectant qualities of rosemary, lavender, and thyme essential oils that compliment a quality shaving soap for hours following a wonderful shave-- you'll be patting your face with amazement , especially you like a fine tallow moisturizing shaving soap such as Cella, Valobra-Patchouli, Panna Crema, MWF, etc. So far all of the Myrsol products I have used have been high quality, and distinctly formulated: Myrsol Emulsion, and F/Extra.
