Vulfix Turnback Travel Brush

Love this brush for traveling. I got the pure badger, which is a bit scritchier than I prefer, so would get the super badger if I had it to do over. That said, considering the price, a little scritch isn't too bad. The size is perfect for me. It lathers and dries easily and well. After reading some of the other reviewers reports of the gamey smell, I broke mine in for a few days at home. Lathered it up and let it sit for a few hours, rinsed and repeated several times which took care of most of the odor. Love the look, function, and design of this brush. Perfect for travel.

I bought this brush aboutthree years ago, and it has performed superbly. I bought it to take to the gym with me and also on trips. Short time later I also bought an Omega #639 Silvertip, which I love. However, The Vulfix seems to have a noticeable edge when working with glycerin-based soaps. Didn’t notice any odor as described by other customers. I don’t think you can go wrong with a Vulfix. I just may buy another one in the future. If you don’t have a shaving brush, buy a Vulfix.

Brush works well, a little stiff but is breaking in. Case is pretty large for a travel brush but overall I like it.

This is a nice sized, and nicely designed travel brush, though the case is a bit bulky and takes too much space in my dopp kit. Also I agree that it has a distinct animal smell, and it is not as soft as my Edwin Jagger silvertip badger brush (in fact, it is a little prickly).
