This toner is non-alcohol based, but it brings you a fabulous post-shave face feel. It incorporates the extract from the croton lechleri tree called Dragon's blood for phenomenal skin properties. In addition, they use sodium hyaluronate crosspolymer, an ingredient that maintains supple, radiant skin. It leaves your skin smooth but not sticky.
