Peter Charkalis has been in the wet shaving game for awhile, first with his The Shave Shop & Club and now with Ariana & Evans. This brand seeks to make your wet shave an experience. From the label art to the fragrances to the performance, every detail has been considered.
This tallow-based shaving soap whips up a creamy lather with the consistency of Greek yogurt. It provides excellent glide for the blade and a noteworthy post-shave. In addition to tallow, it boasts goat’s milk, pig fat, lanolin and a slew of butters and oils. And that isn’t all, there is xanthan gum, hyaluronic acid, silk aminos, colloidal oatmeal, tussah silk, and more.
If you love Khalifa but find it a bit aggressive, then check out its sister scent “Chasing the Dragon”. THis aroma boasts some of the same mysterious resins as Khalifa but it is a bit more refined, elegant, sophisticated. Some of the dark decadence of Khalifa has been softened by star anise and sweet floral notes. Notes: star anise, coffee, pepper, jasmine, oud, rose, cedarwood, sandalwood, cannabis & other resins (from Khalifa), vanilla, and bourbon.
