Talbot Shaving began as a dream to combine soap maker, Chad's, love of the outdoors with his love of wet shaving, and fulfill a creative void in his life, with unique scents that reflect some of Chad's favorite places. This wet-shaving journey is (and will continue) to be a hobby for Chad and not a full time soap company. If you can get behind that, then welcome to Talbot.

Every Talbot Shaving scent is accompanied by a matching Maol Grooming aftershave. The quality of the splash Sean makes is wonderful.! The aftershave is handmade with natural ingredients in Ontario, Canada. The small batch process ensures consistency and quality. This splash has the traditional alcohol but it also includes skin-loving oils, witch hazel, glycerin, and extracts.

Lost Fort is a collaboration not just between Maol Grooming and Talbot Shaving but also with John from Cape Cod Wet Shaving who sought to bottle the childhood scent of his backyard fort. A dark, smooth woody note evokes the trees surround this lost fort. Hints of pine and leaves develop with just a whisper of honeysuckle in the top notess.
