This newly developed stainless steel safety razor offers a high level of function and style for any shaver. The full body material used solid 316 stainless steel, Strong Construction and Super Grip Handle.

All razor finish is polished by handmade. Through experiments, using abrasive nylon bristles in a free abrasive slurry to polish and deburr the workpiece can achieve a surface with an Rα value of 0.3 μm. By applying this process, the diameter of the abrasive nylon bristles has the greatest impact on the amount of metal removed during polishing. The rotational speed of the drilling machine also has a significant influence. During polishing, the burrs caused by turning, milling, and drilling on the workpiece are all removed simultaneously. From the experiments, we have determined the influence of each process parameter on the processing effect.
