War! One of the apocryphal images in the book of Revelation - and often personified and embellished in literature and images in the millennia since - is the scent of this aroma, part of Will's The Four Horsemen series. All the scents in the series share a common accord of chypre, but then Will built on it. For this fragrance, Will leaned into modern warfare's love affair with hot steel and smoke. (And less into the abject human suffering). So this balm has notes of gunpowder and hot metal. The gunpowder is more subtle so it doesn't overwhelm, but the ozonic element of hot metal definitely comes through. This scent is unforgettable.
